Le nom quota n’est pas un anglicisme. Il est bien entré dans l’usage et est attesté au sens de « pourcentage déterminé au préalable ». Le mot contingent en est un synonyme.
Ces mots sont d’ailleurs utilisés indifféremment au Canada.
Au pluriel, on écrit : des quotas.
