La tournure être certain que est normalement suivie du subjonctif lorsqu’elle est employée à la forme négative ou interrogative :
- Êtes-vous bien certain qu’il faille y aller?
L’indicatif est aussi correct, tout particulièrement lorsqu’on tient à faire ressortir la valeur temporelle du futur :
- Il n’est pas certain que les deux astronautes s’envoleront vendredi prochain.
- Êtes-vous bien certain qu’il faudra y aller?
