La construction tenir à cœur quelque chose est fautive. En effet, l’expression tenir à cœur ne peut pas être employée avec un complément direct (ou complément d’objet direct).
- Cette affaire me tient à cœur. (Et non : Je tiens à cœur cette affaire.)
- Ce dossier nous tient à cœur. (Et non : Nous tenons à cœur ce dossier.)
