Use numerals when numbers are referred to as nouns:
- Highway 3
- Channel 3
- Grade 4
- Bulletin No. 40
- Revolution No. 9
- values of 0 and 1
- Engine No. 9 is arriving on Track 3.
- Air Canada Flight 67 now boarding at Gate 6.
