- Officers of the court are sworn to uphold the law.
- The law states that you must be 18 years old to drive.
- Physics is the study of the laws of nature.
- Even airplanes are not immune to the law of gravity.
For a scientific law, only the author’s name is capitalized.
- I vaguely remember studying Ohm’s law in high–school physics.
