Le substantif interjection, dérivé du verbe interjeter, est d’appartenance juridique exclusive. Synonyme d’introduction, son complément est toujours appel, mot avec lequel il forme une locution nominale. L’interjection d’appel est une requête en révision d’un jugement rendu par un tribunal d’instance inférieure, d’une sentence prononcée par un tribunal d’arbitrage 1 ou de toute décision rendue par un tribunal administratif. Signer une interjection d’appel. Y avoir interjection d’appel.
