We simply need a title/salutation created for the non-binary gender; for example:
Mr. … Ms. … Mx.
Mister … Miss ... Mixx
Sir ... Madam ... Xir
Dear Mr. Jones ... Dear Ms. Jones ... Dear Mx. Jones
