Thank you for your sharing your opinion. Feedback is very crucial for performance improvement and team motivation. As a SME, I have to ensure that the team members understands that the feedback is for their improvement and not just to find faults in their work. I have always found that if I share their positives, then how they can improve a certain thing and close with how their role is appreciated within the team, always works for me. This way the conversation flows in a very friendly manner.
