L’expression connaître (quelqu’un) comme le creux de sa main n’est pas attestée.

L’expression juste est connaître quelqu’un comme sa poche (locution familière), c’est-à-dire « connaître parfaitement quelqu’un, ses réactions, son comportement » :

  • C’est un ami de très longue date, je le connais comme ma poche.
