On peut dire d’une femme qu’elle est la fondatrice d’un organisme. Toutefois, on dira d’elle qu’elle est membre fondateur d’un organisme, étant donné que l’adjectif fondateur s’accorde avec membre, qui est toujours masculin.
- Madame Chagnon est membre fondateur de l’organisme XYZ.
