La construction dès que suivie d’un participe passé est déconseillée par plusieurs sources, qui y voient une influence de l’anglais. Des écrivains l’emploient néanmoins, et de fait le tour passe bien quand le verbe principal et le participe passé ont le même sujet :
- Les mots sont jetés sur le papier, dès que suggérés par l’imagination.
- Il s’endormait dès que couché.
On peut juger qu’il passe moins bien dans les autres cas :
- Nous faisions baiser le sol à nos petites filles, dès que sorties du lit. (Montherlant)
