Selon le contexte, il faut le remplacer par d’autres constructions :

- dresser le calendrier de
- ajouter comme annexe
- inscrire à l’horaire
- fixer
- fixer la date de
- programmer
- programmer une réunion
Exemples
- Mon rendez-vous est fixé à 15 h 30.
- Nous avons inscrit à l’horaire de l’atelier deux pauses pendant la journée.
