- les Cajuns
Comme adjectif, il prend la minuscule initiale et est invariable en genre, mais prend la marque du pluriel :
- la musique cajun
- la musique et la cuisine cajuns
On rencontre aussi la forme cadjin, variable en genre et en nombre :
- les Cadjins
- la culture cadjine
