Aviseur n’est pas un mot français. Employé comme nom, il s’agit d’un emprunt fautif à l’anglais advisor (ou adviser). Employé comme adjectif, c’est un calque de l’anglais advisory.
En français, une personne qui donne des conseils est un conseiller ou une conseillère, et non un aviseur. Un comité qu’on consulte pour obtenir des conseils d’expert est un comité consultatif.
