Hier au soir/matin
Les expressions hier au soir et hier au matin, tout comme hier soir et hier matin, sont correctes.
- Marion est allée chez Jeanne hier au soir. (ou : hier soir)
La veille au matin/soir
On dit toutefois la veille au matin et la veille au soir.
- Il n’a pas mangé depuis la veille au matin.
Demain/le lendemain
Avec demain et le lendemain, on omet au :
- Il est arrivé le lendemain soir. (et non : le lendemain au soir)
- Il partira demain matin. (et non : demain au matin)
