En français courant, l’adjectif accessoire est généralement utilisé seul, sans la préposition à :
- Il faut retirer du texte les idées accessoires.
- Au prix de base de l’ordinateur s’ajoutent des frais accessoires.
On réserve à la langue juridique la construction accessoire à :
- article accessoire à la demande initiale
- frais accessoires à la vente des biens immobiliers du défunt
