Did you know that September 24 is National Punctuation Day? It was founded a few years ago by a concerned California journalist to draw attention to punctuation errors.

Punctuation helps us write clearly and, more importantly, helps our readers understand what we mean. However, writing with incorrect, little or no punctuation is becoming increasingly acceptable in print, on signs and online.
