Is “organic” really organic?

Shopping for groceries can be a challenge these days. “Organic, sustainable, natural, green eco-friendly…” are only a few of the terms associated with food according to Rob McIntosh. His article in Wilfrid Laurier University’s Blueprint Magazine makes some interesting points about food marketing and consumption.
