Social networking sites, such as Facebook and Linkedln, are Internet platforms that allow you to interact online and create interconnected Web communities. You can create personal profiles, establish lists of users with whom you have a common connection or establish new relationships.
To exchange ideas with other members, you can post messages to your personal page, send e-mails and instant messages or share files.

1000 images on the tip of my tongue
Have you ever wondered what the French or Spanish equivalent is for see eye to eye with somebody? Do you know how to translate son chien est mort or a voz en grito? Forget textbooks and dictionaries—the answer is just one click away.
The site 1000 images on the tip of my tongue is a trilingual (English, French, Spanish) directory containing over 3000 expressions sorted by theme. A short text illustrates the expression's meaning, and a digital audio file helps you pronounce it correctly. You can also watch short cartoons that show the expressions in context. It costs nothing to use 1000 images on the tip of my tongue (www), which is an initiative of the Collegial Centre for Educational Materials Development.
