Words for coffee connoisseurs

Move over, wine snobs, and make way for the new kids on the block—coffee snobs! Just as wine connoisseurs use a special vocabulary to describe wine—"a peppery Shiraz with notes of black cherry and Cuban cigar"—coffee connoisseurs use a similar one for coffee—"a velvety smooth Kona with a hint of smoked pineapple and volcanic ash." The possibilities are endless! Given that the word coffee is linguistically related to the word wine, coffee connoisseurs and wannabes were bound to come up with their own vocabulary.
